In person or by phone
The Box Office is staffed entirely by volunteers. It is open (except on Bank Holidays, and during late July and all of August) for bookings in person or by phone between 9.30am - 12 noon from Monday to Saturday, and on performance nights from half an hour before curtain-up until the end of the interval. The Box Office is also open for phone bookings from 8 to 9pm, Monday to Friday on non-performance evenings .
You can also collect pre-booked tickets at the Box Office during the half hour before curtain-up.

To book by fax or by post, download and print the Booking Form which is in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). If you do not have Adobe Reader installed, download and install a FREE copy of Adobe Reader from here.Simply complete the form then fax or post it, with credit card information, or your cheque payable to ‘Abbey Theatre St Albans,’ to the Box Office (see contact details).
If you would like your tickets posted to you please allow at least SIX WORKING DAYS before the performance.
Direct Internet Booking
We are pleased to say that you can now book full price tickets, and obtain concession prices where applicable, via the Internet at any time (except between approximately 3am and 4am when system backup is running). You can book at any time until an hour before the performance starts.
The best currently available seats will be automatically selected for you, but at present we cannot offer the choice of particular seats. Your tickets can be posted to you if you book at least six working days before the performance, or held for collection at the Box Office. Please go to our Internet Booking page.
