| Party Piece launches the Company of Ten's new season next Friday |
A FAST-moving and sizzling comedy full of action launches the Company of Ten's
new season at the Abbey Theatre in St Albans next week.
The drama group is putting on Richard Harris's Party Piece from next Friday,
September 19, until Saturday, September 27 in the main theatre.
Michael and Roma are holding a house-warming, fancy-dress, barbecue party but
disasters strike. There are parking problems and tensions with the neighbours,
including the indomitable Mrs Hinson bringing her own brand of party entertainment
in the form of her squabbling son and daughter-in-law.
Then there are marauding zimmer frames, a burning shed, frozen chops and an
irate husband on the prowl.
